REF2 metadata mapping

When the REF submission XML file is generated, we must provide specific bibliographic metadata for each REF2 included in the submission.  This includes information such as Output title, Publisher, Volume title, Place.  In order to return these values accurately for each output type, we map Elements publication underlying fields to the REF2 fields, specific for each REF2 output type.

The mapping employed is available here

For each field, we work down the precedence order of records to find the first populated field for the relevant REF2 value.  So, for example, if we're looking for Volume and precedence 1 and 2 records don't have a value for Volume, but precedence 3 does, we take the value from there.
