Stock Dashboard, Formatted Reports, and Data Extracts Available in the Reporting Hub
The following are the stock dashboards, formatted reports and data extracts available in the Reporting Hub as of version 6.11 (December 2022). Please note that the names of the reports depend on the module names as this was made configurable in v6, ex. Publications module=Scholarly and Creative Works.
Stock Dashboards
Annual and YTD comparisons of projects and proposals [Awards management (RFS)]
Approved grants by disambiguated funder (count grants awarded by each funding organisation, disambiguated using organisation IDs harvested from Dimensions)
Distinct user logins by primary group and date
Grants & contracts (aka grants) by type and year
Grants & contracts with linked scholarly & creative works
Publication funding acknowledgements (count references to funding organisations in publication funding acknowledgements, disambiguated using organisation IDs harvested from Dimensions and CrossRef)
Recent large scholarly & creative work auto-claim batches (timeline of recent significant auto-claiming works in the system filtered by method of auto-claiming)
REF2021: Data flags (Highlights data consistency issues across the REF submission in the selected Unit, including >5 or 0 attributions for included REF1 Researchers, missing Research Group assignments, missing REF2 Output type, and Data confirmation workflow status).
REF2021: REF2 attribution profiles ( Provides a number of REF2 attribution profiles. Includes the number of REF1 Researchers each with 5, 4, 3, etc. attributions, Cat B attribution profile, Research Group attribution profiles, Output type attribution profile, and Publication year attribution profile).
REF2021: REF2 properties, including Open Access (Provides a summary of REF2 properties of attributed REF2 Outputs, including double-weighting, pending, reserves, cross-referrals, interdisciplinary, double-attributions, etc. Also includes a profile of the REF Open Access status, highlighting where the threshold for non-compliance has been met (or not).
REF2021: Submission summary (Provides a summary of the REF1 and REF2 elements of the selected Unit's REF2021 submission. Includes Cat A FTE, Cat A and B H/Cs, and a REF2 attribution summary including tracking the number of attributed REF2s against the number required).
Scholarly & creative work (aka Publications) approvals by method and date (Scholarly & creative work approvals by method and date (e.g. automatically claimed, manually claimed etc.) Bar chart can be filtered by primary group and scholarly & creative work type).
Scholarly & creative work by type and year (Scholarly & creative work count by type and year. Bar chart can be filtered by primary group and year).
Scholarly & creative work collaboration (Collaborative outputs by collaborating country. Visualisation can be filtered by group, collaborating country and year).
Scholarly & creative comparison-group A vs group B (Scholarly & creative work count and number of co-authors (based on Scopus bibliographic data only). Visualisations can be filtered by group and year).
Scholarly & creative work volume (Scholarly & creative work count by type and year. Visualisations can be filtered by scholarly & creative work status and year).
Scholarly & creative works with missing reporting dates (Scholarly & creative works that are missing one or more reporting dates. Can be filtered by primary group, scholarly & creative work type, and date created. Links to scholarly & creative work to manage reporting dates).
Service & leadership (aka PA) by type and year (Service & leadership count by type and year. Bar chart can be filtered by primary group and year).
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) labels on scholarly & creative works (This dashboard offers an overview of SDG labels associated with claimed user-scholarly & creative work relationships).
System log entries (Error and warning counts in the system log. Visualisations can be filtered by components, codes, system version and timeframe).
Teaching & mentoring by type and year
User identifiers by scheme (User identifier counts by scheme and status. Visualisation can be filtered by primary group, by whether users are current, by identifier scheme and by identifier status. Links to user profiles to manage identifiers used for automatic claiming).
