Item evaluation content is available in the reporting database (from v7.3), and reports can be generated in the Reporting Hub.

The Item evaluation reporting database tables are:

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component (Field Display Names)

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component Field

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component History

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component Label [stock table, empty for Item evaluation)

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component Record

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component Record (Field Display Names)

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Component Type

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise Unit

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise Unit Group

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise Unit Item

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise Unit Item Review

  • dbo.Item Evaluation Exercise Unit User

  • dbo.Item Evaluation History [stock table, empty for Item evaluation]

Additionally, there are three stock data extracts for Item evaluation content in the Reporting Hub:

  • Item evaluation: Exercise unit summary

    • Provides a summary of item counts for each unit within the selected Item evaluation exercise, broken down by their status.

  • Item evaluation: Evaluation item summary

    • Lists items within the selected Item evaluation exercise unit, including unit and nomination details, current item status, and a summary of review metrics and assigned reviewers.

  • Item evaluation: Evaluation item review summary

    • Lists individual reviews for items within the selected exercise unit, including nomination and overall item status, alongside specific details for each assigned reviewer and their current review progress.

Viewing item evaluation content in the Reporting Hub is restricted to the following user roles:

  • System Administrator

  • Research Information Administrator

  • Unit manager (only content in the unit(s) where they have been named as a manager)

  • Reporting Hub Administrator

  • Reporting Hub Super-Viewer
