Repository Tools 2: Defining Relevance Schemes Guide
The documents linked below describe how to define relevance schemes that are used when making automated metadata updates from Elements to your repository, using Repository Tools 2. The documents are designed primarily for technical staff to enable them to create and amend relevance scheme files.
The files are structured XML that conform to an XML schema. You can download this schema from Elements: navigate to System Admin > Data Sources > Data Source Management and click the link to your repository's management page. Then scroll down to the 'Crosswalk Maps and Relevance Scheme Files' section, expand the 'Schemas' section and click 'Download Schemas'.
Sample relevance scheme files are provided with Elements; however, Elements administrators will want to adjust these files to ensure they reflect the data structures and processes used in their organisation.
Please make sure you choose the correct documentation for your Elements version:
Elements version | RT2 Guide version |
|---|---|
Elements v5.17 | |
Elements v5.15 |
