Review and approval forms

Configuring review and approval form templates is performed in the same manner as configuring Proposal and Eligibility form templates.

You can have multiple form templates for different types of Reviews / Approvals and type of Funding Opportunity, depending on the nature of information required of the reviewer / approver.

There is one stock Review form template available to you by default (Generic Review STOCK), but it is only intended as a placeholder, to give you an idea of what a Review form looks like with a particular set of form controls.  You will want to create new Review form templates for your different Review / Approval types.

Available templates can be viewed from the Forms Designer screen in the Admin menu of the Funding Management Console (which is pre-filtered to only list those that are active).  Review form templates have the type ‘Review Form’.
