Unit managers have these rights for the unit(s) where they have been named as a Manager.

Nominations
For a particular item, all linked users within the scope of an exercise can nominate items to those units where they have been selected as members.
Nominations are visible to all linked users within the exercise.
Once nominated to a unit, an item cannot be nominated to that same unit again (unless that nomination is deleted).
For Admins / Managers, where an item is nominated in both the unit being managed and in another unit, the nomination(s) in the other unit(s) are visible to you, but you can perform no actions on them in this unit - they are purely presented for information (as the outcome of the other unit's review may inform actions you take in this unit).

Reviews
Reviewers can only submit reviews assigned and dispatched to them.
Reviews are visible only to the assigned reviewer, and only once dispatched to them.
Once a review has been assigned to a reviewer in a unit, additional reviews for that item cannot be assigned to that same reviewer again in that unit (unless that review is deleted).
