Closure checklist
Similar to the Project activation checklist, that ensures all relevant actions and checks are undertaken prior to Project activation, it is also possible to introduce a Project closure checklist to ensure all relevant actions and checks are undertaken prior to Project closure.
If you would like to enable project closure checklist functionality for your instance of Awards Management, please raise a support ticket.
If the Project closure checklist is enabled on your instance, it will not be possible for a user to close a project without first completing the closure checklist.
The closure checklist is maintained via the Form Designer in the Admin > Forms menu in the Management Console. A basic stock checklist is included that you can modify as required. Please get in touch if you would like any assistance in configuring the checklist to your requirements.
