In this release of Elements Awards Management (Research Funding Solution (RFS)), we are pleased to introduce some improvements for Management Console users:

Research Funding Data Administrators are now able to create relationships and budget transfers.
Manage Forms functionality has been expanded to include Change request forms, enabling you to view designed Change request form types, regenerate PDFs, and access existing forms to view, edit, or regenerate their data.
