Additional project fields
In consultation with clients, a number of fields have been added to the Project data model in order to support the creation of projects in institutional finance systems. Where editable, these can be edited on the Proposal / Project screen in the Management Console.
Details are as follows:

Finance reference | Finance system identifier for the Project. Expected to be imported into Awards Management and is not modifiable via the Console. | Free text |
Subject to tax | Indicator whether the grant is subject to tax (e.g. VAT, GST) | Boolean |
Repayment of unspent funds required | Indicator whether any unspent funds must be returned to the funder at the end of the project | Boolean |
Financial reporting required | Indicator whether financial reporting is required by the funder | Boolean |
Cost centre | Functionality to support mapping Cost centre(s) to Managing Groups and the selection of the appropriate Cost Centre for the Project. Additional details are available here. | Drop-down |
